FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CUSTOM ARROW ORDERS:
All of our arrows are cut from carbon at the front of the arrow to bottom of the nock groove at the tail of the arrow. If you have a specific length required, or know your carbon to carbon length (front to back) then let us know when you order so that we can get it right for you.
SPECIAL ORDERS:
Can I special order an item not on your website?
If the product is not currently listed on our website, get in touch with us on our Contact Us page and we may be able to place a custom order for you.
It depends on the item you have ordered. Some items may get to you in as little as a week, others, like extremely high end specific bows may take 10 weeks.
Canceling a special order depends on the product. In most cases canceling a special order is not a problem. A restocking fee may apply.
Some products such as custom made or made-to-order bows cannot be canceled. Many of these items are brought in from overseas or made specially by the manufacturer upon an order being placed.
